Open water diving involves 3 modules and each is as important as the other
A) Knowledge Development
B) Confined Water Dives
C) Open Water Dives
You will start with the Knowledge Development. This is the theory component of the course it will help to establish the principles of scuba diving and an understanding of the equipment you will be using. This involves a written manual, video and mini quiz.
Next the fun begins with the Confined Water Dives; these are usually performed in a swimming pool environment and will reinforce the theory which you have learnt in Knowledge Development
Open Water Dives are a further extension of your knowledge already learnt. These are essentially a test, where you need to perform certain tasks in the open water.
